Returns + Exchanges

We accept returns + exchanges within 30 days of purchase from our shop + online store!

For all purchases made during holiday season we will honor returns and exchanges through January 31st 2020.

We hope you treasure + utilize your purchase from The Local Branch, if you need an alternate size or style of The Local Branch branded product we are happy to accommodate. Your exchange can be completed in store without a receipt or order number required. We only accept returns + exchanges if the product is in the original condition and with a receipt or order number. If product is damaged or defective, the customer may choose a direct exchange or refund. Exchanges that cannot be completed in person, the customer will need to pay for shipping to both return the already purchased item and shipping for the replacement. Turn-around time is subject to availability, if a product is out of stock, backordered or discontinued, the customer will be notified upon customer request for a return or exchange.
