Returns + Exchanges

We hope you treasure + utilize your purchase from The Local Branch, but if you need to make a return or exchange, we are happy to accommodate!

Returns or Exchanges can be accepted within 7 days with receipt of purchase for unused product with tags still attached. We do not accept returns or exchanges for perishable items or apothecary items.

Please e-mail us at thelocalbranchstore@gmail.com with the reason for the return/exchange. We will follow up with directions on submitting the return.

Merchandise purchased between 11/14-12/31 must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase with the receipt for store credit. No refunds will be given to original form of payment. No refund/exchange for cash on gift cards. Items must be returned in the condition they were purchased in. 

Online Return Policy: Merchandise purchased between 11/14-12/31 must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase with the receipt for store credit. If items are not returned in the condition they were sent out in (tags attached and items unworn and unwashed), we can not offer store credit. Cost of shipping will be deducted from your return to cover the costs of the label. Upon approval, you will receive an email with a gift card for store credit in the original amount of your item(s) at time of purchase. No price adjustments. No refunds will be given to original form of payment. No refund/exchange for cash on gift cards.
