We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of purchase for any unused and unworn apparel items, leather goods, and accessories. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns on any apothecary goods or edible items due to health and safety guidelines.
How to make a return/exchange from The Local Branch:
1. You can pop into our store during our open hours to complete an in person return/exchange. We can typically look you up by name, but a receipt or order number makes the process quick and easy.
You can contact us if you're not local and your return/exchange requires shipping. Please email us at at TheLocalBranchStore@gmail.com and one of our shopkeepers will get back to you as soon as possible. All shipping costs associated with the order + return/exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

Please Note: due to the small nature of our brand and our handcrafted process, not all items are always in stock, so there might be a longer turnaround times for your exchange. We will notify you promptly if an item is out of stock with an estimated lead time.
